Southwest Eagles Youth Hockey Association

The 2012 Annual Membership meeting will be held Thursday, April 19, 2011, at 7:00 PM in the Mezzanine at Eagle’s Nest Ice Arena. The annual meeting is the opportunity for members to participate in the selection of the Board of Directors for the upcoming 2012-2013 Season. Committee reports will be given and updates from the ALDs.

All Age Level Directors
Registrar

Nominations

There are two ways to be nominated for an open seat. You can submit a name, including yours, for nomination in advance of the meeting or nominations can be made at the meeting. Advance nominations will need to be submitted to the Secretary, Jamie Smith. She can be contacted at mjspsmith4@msn.com.


Proxy Voting

In accordance with Southwest Bylaws, a member entitled to vote may participate, in person or by proxy appointed in writing by the member or by his duly authorized attorney in fact. Such proxy shall be filed with the Secretary of the Association before or at the time of the meeting. Unless otherwise provided in the proxy, a proxy may be revoked at any time before it is voted, either by written notice filed with the Secretary or the acting Secretary of the meeting or by oral notice given by the member who has filed his proxy shall not of itself constitute a revocation. No proxy shall be valid after eleven months from the date of its execution, unless otherwise provided in the proxy.
