Congratulations to the PW B's for winning the Bronze medal at the 2010 Badger State Games. GREAT JOB EAGLES!

After wins over Everest (7-1) and Fond du Lac (4-2) the Bantam A team beat Albert Lea, MN in a shootout to win the Eau Claire Battle of the Blades Tournament. Tied at 4 goals after regulation and a 5 minute overtime, Southwest beat Albert Lea by one goal in the shootout.

The Bantam B team played with a lot of emotion, in Eau Claire, over the weekend, and brought home a nice third place trophy! We beat Middleton, 4-2, then lost to Northfield MN. 8-5, and then wrapped it up with an 8-4 victory over the Polar Caps! NICE JOB, GUYS!

Many of you know Bill Moynihan, father to two of our skaters (John-Bantam, and Christopher-Squirt). Bill was recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia.
